Mark: Zambia-China media cooperation strategic to Global South

“With the changing political landscape of the Global South, the media is very strategic to showcase the characteristics that are coming alongside the BRICS and BRI. I believe that using the media, we (Zambia and China) can really keep on such initiatives and milestones to improve the economy of both countries,” said Mark Zicron Simuuwe, media directer of the Zambian United Party for National Development.

Mark, who was on his way to Beijing to attend the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Civilizations Dialogue from July 10 to 11, said this at an exclusive interview with the Mekong News Network, Yunnan International Communication Center for South and Southeast Asia (YICC).
