Luo inspires more people to protect marine biodiversity

Although Yunnan is a landlocked Chinese province, its people always care about the ocean. Luo Jie, a Ph.D. holder and assistant researcher at the Kunming Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has been dedicated to studying corals.

Through his maritime research, he connects himself with the broader world and raises awareness among more people about conserving the ocean and protecting the maritime biodiversity.
